This sake is brewed with Fukui yeast (FK-801C), developed at a laboratory in Fukui Prefecture. Made with rice "Gohyakuman-goku" from Obama and the subterranean water of the Minami River that flows through Obama.

It has a slightly fruity aroma, with a sweet and softly-smooth taste.

＜Specially selected rice: Gohyakuman-goku (五百万石) grown in Obama＞

Rice is delicious because the water is good. Fukui Prefecture is the hot spot and birthplace of famous rice "Koshihikari".Local farmers study the rice every day and go through a trial-and-error process to make sure it is good rice. At our brewery, the rice is carefully processed one by one, and brewed sake.

＜Preferred water: subterranean water from the Minamigawa River＞

The rain that falls on the mountains seeps into the ground and becomes groundwater that flows deep underground. Obama is a land blessed with water, as natural water spews out in town over time as it passes through the filters of nature. The subterranean water from the Minamigawa River, which flows in front of the brewery, is used to create the taste of local sake.

We ship from Fukui. Delivery will take 1-3 days after shipping, except for some areas such as remote islands.
